By accessing our website, submitting garments for cleaning, or utilizing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

We use industry-leading techniques and environmentally conscious cleaning solutions to ensure the highest quality care for your garments.
Customers are responsible for inspecting their garments before submitting them for cleaning and reporting any pre-existing damage, stains, or special care requirements. Please check all pockets and remove any personal items before dropping off your garments.
You agree to provide accurate contact information and detailed instructions regarding any special care requirements for your garments.
While Pavocu takes utmost care in handling your garments, we cannot be held liable for:
Our liability is limited to ten (10) times the cleaning charge for the affected garment, not to exceed the actual value of the item.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service completion unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Any outstanding balances not paid within thirty (30) days may be subject to collection proceedings.
Garments not claimed within ninety (90) days of the completion notification will be considered abandoned. Pavocu reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed items after this period. We will make reasonable efforts to contact customers regarding unclaimed garments.
Any claims for damage or loss must be reported within seventy-two (72) hours of garment pickup. Claims reported after this period may not be honored. All disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Pavocu reserves the right to refuse service, modify service offerings, or update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Customer data is collected solely for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Pavocu shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, labor disputes, or government actions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
