Yes, we provide free pickup and delivery for orders over $50 CAD within downtown Toronto, including areas like The Annex, Yorkville, Rosedale, and Financial District. Service runs Monday through Friday between 9:00-18:00, Saturday 10:00-14:00. Schedule pickup minimum 24 hours in advance through our website or phone. For areas outside core downtown (Scarborough, Etobicoke, North York), delivery fee is $8-12 CAD depending on distance. We use insulated garment bags to protect items during transport and provide tracking notifications.

Empty all pockets completely - we are not responsible for items left inside. Point out specific stains or damage areas so we can address them properly.
